I’ve lived in my Owings Mills neighborhood for 20 years. And over the last year I have seen a change, definitely for the better, in our neighborhood trash collection. Truck #83 is amazing. They are a great group of gentlemen. They have been leaving the cans nicely. They are not just tossing them back on the ground. They are polite and friendly. Thank u for all u do. 😊
