Drivers wanted for hard, honest work. Early mornings. Bitter cold. Brutal heat. Rain, snow, and everything in between. Heavy loads, tight streets, long routes. The work is relentless and the trash never stops coming. Comfort not guaranteed. Pride, respect, and the backing of a crew that gets it done, earned by those who finish the route.
OUR DAILY CRITICAL MISSION
Get the Trash Picked Up.
Every can. Every street. Every day. No excuses.
This Job Is Not for Everyone
Driving a trash truck is not for the faint of heart. We are the last of the cowboys, out before sunrise, in every kind of weather, doing work most people won’t do and can’t live without. When you finish your route, an entire community’s day worked because you showed up.
We don’t just pick up trash. We are built to serve and proud to haul. Rain or shine, we grind with heart, because our work matters. It’s a dirty job, and we love doing it well.
If you want easy, this isn’t it. If you want work that means something, keep reading.
What You Get in Return
- Home every day. You’re back with your family every night. No long-haul, no sleeper cab, no missed birthdays.
- First-class equipment. Brand-new Peterbilt trucks, reliable, safe, and comfortable. We give you the best tools because we expect the best work.
- A real pay path. Clear procedures, measurable performance, and a defined pathway to a high five-figure salary through competitive pay, bonuses, and advancement.
- A crew, not a number. Family-owned and local. No one is above work, and no job is beneath anyone. Whether you’re behind the wheel, pitching bags, turning wrenches, or driving a desk, we respect the hustle and we have each other’s back.
- You go home safe. The job doesn’t matter if we don’t make it back. Every load, every street, every shift carries risk, and the goal isn’t just to get it done. The goal is to get it done safely, and to get everyone home.
The Standard We Hold
- Operate your truck safely and professionally, in full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Run complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections — your truck, your responsibility.
- Finish the route. Keep accurate records of hours, miles, and service completed.
- Follow the procedures, hit the measurables, and raise your hand when something’s wrong.
- Treat every customer like a neighbor — because here, they are.
- Keep your truck clean inside and out. It carries our name on the door and your pride behind the wheel.
