How many days am I allowed to keep the dumpster?Eagle Transfer Services pricing includes 10 days in the pricing upfront. Additional days are billed at $15 per day, thereafter. Any additional days are billed once the dumpster is terminated (picked up for the final time).

What is a Yard Debris Dumpster?A yard debris dumpster is strictly used for recycling of green waste. Meaning you can fill the entire contents of the dumpster with things such as leaves, branches, twigs, grass, logs, small stumps(smaller than 9”), and clean wood. There is no weight restrictions with this dumpster. Any other items (garbage, pressure treated lumber, dirt, aggregates, etc..) mixed with and into this dumpster customer will be charged additional fees, such as disposal fees, reloading fees, transportation fees. Please call 410-239-9366 for any additional questions related to yard debris dumpsters.

Can I fill my dumpster to the top?By law, Eagle Transfer Services is required to tarp each load for transport, so all materials must fit inside your roll-off dumpster. Nothing may overflow the top of the container. All materials that exceed the container top must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is overfilled

Will my dumpster have a door that swings open?Yes, the back door of the dumpster is hinged and swings completely open.

Will the dumpster cause damage to your driveway?There is a possibility that damage may occur to your driveway, due to the weight of the truck, the dumpster and the contents you place in the dumpster. Indentations are possible in your yard, on your asphalt driveway, and scratches are possible on concrete or asphalt driveways. We recommend that you place multiple sheets of plywood either 2’x4’ or 4’x4’ on the driveway where the dumpster will be placed to minimize any damage from occurring. Do I need a permit for the dumpster?Dumpster permits are typically only required when placing a dumpster on public property such as a street, easement, or sidewalk. Please contact your local government or public works department to determine exact permit requirements for your specific situation.

How large of a space do I need for delivery of the dumpster?We recommend to allow 4’ of clearance on all side of the dumpster as well as at least 30’ feet in front to allow for the truck to place the dumpster.

Do I need to be present for the dumpster drop off and pickup?No. As long as you provide detailed directions on where the dumpster should be placed our experts can handle the rest. However, we always advise that customers be there during delivery whenever possible just to ensure the waste container is placed correctly. Upon pickup (termination) you do not need to be present, just make sure the dumpster is accessible for our truck.
